Are you feeling overwhelmed in your care giving role as a parent, friend or child? Do you feel high stress in your profession as a caregiver, teacher or support worker? Is balancing numerous responsibilities leading you to feel burnt out? We'd like to invite you to this panel session to learn more about what you can do.
