Mark your calendars! Encouragement Cafe is returning to the London area on September 11th to be held at the St. Thomas Free Reformed Church, 145 St. George Street. For those new to Encouragement Cafe, it's a time of music and fellowship, followed by a person sharing their personal mental health journey. This event aims to empower those facing similar struggles, letting them know they're not alone and encouraging them to seek support. It also offers valuable insights on how to support loved ones who are struggling. Our guest speaker this year is Laura Kroesbergen, who will be sharing her journey of living with trauma along with its physical and mental challenges, as well as the impact the community can have.
