In accordance with our Lord’s Great Commission, the URCNA Church Order calls for elders to actively promote the work of evangelism and missions (Article 14) and deacons to give attention even to needs of those who are outside the church (Article 15). On Saturday March 28, D.V., Dr. Eric Watkins, OPC Church planter and Professor of Missions at Mid-America Reformed Seminary, is leading a seminar on, “How Church Leaders Can Promote a Culture of Evangelism in the Congregation.” The seminar will be held at Providence URC in Strathroy, from 9:00 am – noon, followed by lunch.
