Covenant Christian Church invites you to join us to hear Jonathon Van Maren discuss the negative impact of pornography in our culture. Jonathon speaks on a wide variety of cultural topics across North America at universities, high schools, churches, and other functions. Some of these topics include abortion, pornography, the sexual revolution, and euthanasia. Jonathon holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in history from Simon Fraser University, and is the Communications Director for the Canadian Centre for Bio-Ethical Reform (CCBR). His books and class lectures are a fundamental part of CCBR training. Jonathan will show how porn feeds into all manner of cultural problems such as abortion, sex trafficking, and abuse. Jonathon is a member of the reformed community, and his approach to speaking about porn is to shake people out of their apathy towards sin in this area. He shows how it destroys us and our relationships in the family and culture. He also shares stories that show how attainable healing from addiction is and what steps must be taken to do so.
