Over the last decade our world has experienced a revolution. Evil is called good, good is called evil, and affirmation and self-expression has become not only an idol, but a master that demands all to bow before it. These elements of our world have come to be known as “Woke” culture. How should the church respond? What elements of truth and grace should guide individual Christians as we navigate new waters and maintain our Gospel witness in their midst? The Trinity CanRC of Glanbrook (3081 Tisdale Rd., Mount Hope) will be hosting a night to discuss, “Woke Culture and the Christian Response”, on May 11. Pastor Greg Bylsma, from the Living Water URC will present a speech and allow time for Q&A. The evening will begin at 7:30 pm. All are welcome to attend.
