Join ACE (Assisting Children with Exceptionalities) for an engaging and practical talk designed for parents and caregivers who are struggling to understand and manage their child’s emotional and behavioral challenges. Whether you're dealing with explosive outbursts, ongoing defiance, or intense anxiety, this session will offer insight, support, and real-world strategies. Led by Shannon Wassenaar, an experienced family and children’s therapist, this presentation will help you:
• understand the root causes of challenging behaviors
• make sense of your child’s emotional world
• learn practical tools to break negative cycles at home
• restore connection, calm, and cooperation in your family
If traditional discipline methods aren’t working, and you're feeling stuck, this talk will offer a fresh, compassionate approach grounded in child development and emotional regulation.
