We look forward to enjoying an evening of fellowship and good food along with hearing how the Gospel is impacting South Sudan at this year’s Word & Deed dinner to be held on Wednesday, November 12, at the Strathroy East Christian Reformed Church (476 Metcalfe St E, Strathroy). Doors open at 6:00 pm and dinner will begin at 6:30 pm. Our keynote speaker for the evening will be Rev. Patrick Jok, pastor of the Sudanese Reformed Churches (SRC). The SRC ministers to thousands in South Sudan who have been displaced due to civil war and severe flooding. In this, one of the poorest countries of the world, the SRC provides Christian education to over 1,000 displaced children.
